The weather was really bad and there were people on the lake so there were not many reflections. That is expected this time of year. We did do some long exposure instead so I was happy as I wanted to practice that more.

Nat has experienced academic success, graduating with a 2:1 in Photography and earning a merit in MA Visual Communication from Canterbury Christ Church University. This achievement was accomplished through photographing and documenting members of the public throughout Kent as part of the Portrait of Kent project. Nat focused on capturing diverse individuals across the county, both on location and indoors, showcasing a broad representation of the community.

Nat has dedicated time to photographing and documenting the local landscape, engaging in experimentation with ND filters to create a series of long-exposure photographs. Additionally, Nat explored high shutter speeds to capture the intricate formation of water droplets in motion.

This Beautiful Male Sparrowhawk landed on our garden fence on the 8/3/2024 . He spent rather a long time there which enabled me to get my camera and start taking pictures through the window . Indeed he stayed long enough for me to then decide to try and get a picture from outside . Luckily I managed to go round the side of the house where I was able to take the picture above from . I honestly thought the shutter noise would scare him off but he wasn't at all worried by it . He then dipped down i

Driving home after out playing with my camera taking photos on my co-workers farm, I drove past this dam. I've never seen it before as I'm still relatively new to this area. I immediately pulled off the side of the road and grabbed my gear. I am a follower of Gary Gough, a fine art photographer on YouTube. He said one way to learn is to copy someone else's work to learn and get better. So that's what I did. LOL. Using his teachings I combined long shutter speeds with ND filters that allowed me t

As part of my final project as a fourth-year photography major, I chose to explore and document Calgary?s sculptures, which embody the history and heritage of its people and landscape. One of the highlights of my work is By the Banks of the Bow, one of the largest sculptural artworks in North America. To enhance the visual impact of the image, I utilized Photoshop, particularly to create a dramatic sky that seamlessly complements the dynamism of the horses and the cowboy. This piece celebrate
